Abby is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the venture capital and private equity industry.

Prior to Martlet Capital, Abby was at Eliem Therapeutics and Bridge Valley Ventures, and over 10 years working for IQ Capital Partners. She brings a wealth of experience across a range of functions including investor relations, marketing, finance, administration, events and operations. Along with this expertise, Abby is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
